Yoga therapy is a personalized, evidence-informed approach that blends movement, breath, and mindfulness to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Rooted in yogic traditions and modern understanding of the nervous system, it offers a more intentional way to relate to your body and inner world, often helpful for stress, burnout, trauma and addiction recovery.
I’m a yoga therapist based in Comox Valley, BC, offering therapeutic yoga classes and private yoga therapy sessions.
