1:1 Yoga Therapy Session

Personalized, trauma-informed support using movement, breath, and reflection—tailored to your needs.

  • Ideal for stress, addiction recovery, burnout, or simply reconnecting to yourself.

  • Online or in-person (Comox Valley, BC)

  • Initial Session - 75 minutes, follow-up sessions - 60 minutes

Small Group Yoga Therapy

Gentle, welcoming classes rooted in yoga therapy principles. Explore movement and rest in community.

  • Maximum class size - 12 people

  • In-person only - The House of Now, Courtenay

  • 60 minutes

  • $25 per class / $110 5-class pass / $180 10-class pass (sliding scale available)
