This is a space to reconnect. With your body, your breath, and your whole self.

I offer 1:1 yoga therapy, group sessions, personalized programs, and soon - an online studio, all rooted in client-led, trauma-informed care. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and gentle postures, my aim is to compassionately support you through nervous system regulation and self-awareness.

There’s no right way to show up here. You’re welcome as you are.

1:1 Yoga Therapy

A personalized yoga therapy session to address your unique needs. Sessions are client led, tailored to support your health and well-being and can include any combination of physical movements and postures, breathwork, and meditation. Whether you are navigating chronic pain, PTSD, recovery, or simply looking for a way to reconnect to yourself, these sessions meet you exactly where you are. We move at your pace - no pressure, no performance. You will leave with practices you can take off the mat and into your daily life.

Available online, or in-person at The House of Now, Courtenay, BC.

Small Group Yoga Therapy

Grounded in the principles of yoga therapy, these classes offer intentional movement, breathwork, and space for reflection in a supportive group setting. With a maximum of 12 students, these classes are designed to foster connection, community, and a sense of ease in your body and mind.

Group classes will be held at The House of Now, Courtenay, BC, beginning in September.

Personalized Yoga Program

Yoga sequences designed specifically for you and your goals. Program includes initial consultation, alongside 3, 5, or 10 personalized sequences, as well as weekly or monthly check-ins.
